Fix For: 1.6.0
Add a {{Dockerfile}} to create an image which contains the
{{StandaloneJobClusterEntryPoint}} and a specified user code jar. The
entrypoint of this image should start the {{StandaloneJobClusterEntryPoint}}
with the added user code jar.
