This subtask covers migration of:
* TupleSerializerConfigSnapshot
* TraversableSerializerConfigSnapshot
to use the new serialization compatibility APIs ({{TypeSerializerSnapshot}} and
{{TypeSerializerSchemaCompatibility).
Those snapshot classes are involved in serializers generated by Scala-macros.
This ticket is also related to FLINK-10493, and therefore should be taken into
account.
