Because this 'RowTypeInfo' is subclass of 'TupleTypeInfoBase' ，so
'typeInfo.isTupleType()' always return true when the typeInfo is
RowTypeInfo,then enter 'else if (typeInfo.isTupleType())'，but why do it do
that 'TupleTypeInfo tupleTypeInfo = (TupleTypeInfo) typeInfo'?it is work when i
try to use 'TupleTypeInfoBase tupleTypeInfo = (TupleTypeInfoBase) typeInfo'
instead of it。
