Hi Anoop, welcome to the Flink community. I think you've already read the right things in order to get started.
As far as I know, the Flink community does not maintain a list of starter issues. Hence, I would recommend to take a look at the open issues and ask on issues which are interesting to you whether this could be a good starter issue or not.
