Fix For: 1.10.0
Currently we use the {{InMemoryJobGraphStore}} exclusively for testing
purposes. However, not all methods have been properly mocked. Therefore, I
suggest to replace {{InMemoryJobGraphStore}} with a proper
{{TestingJobGraphStore}} implementation and a {{Builder}}.
