Apply rowtime computed column if existed and watermark assigner according to
the {{WatermarkSpec}} in {{TableSourceTable}} when
{{StreamExecTableSourceScan#translateToPlan}}. Ignore TableSource’s
{{DefinedRowtimeAttributes}} if {{WatermarkSpec}} exists.
