Integrate the Stateful Functions documentation (currently hosted at
https://statefun.io/index.html ) with the Flink documentation hosting.
We need to discuss on this issue the exact form in which to integrate this, so
that the docs are prominent and easy to find.
I think it is helpful, though, to at least integrate the docs with Flink's docs
stack and building process (markdown, Jekyll).
