Currently, LocalExecutor and RemoteExecutor are in namespace
org.apache.flink.client.deployment.executors, but AbstractJobClusterExecutor is
underneath org.apache.flink.client.deployment. We should unify them together
into org.apache.flink.client.deployment.executors for the convention of class
naming.
