The {{PartitionDiscoverer}} creates a {{KafkaConsumer}} using the client.id
from the user provided properties. This may cause the MBean to collide with the
fetching {{KafkaConsumer}}. The {{PartitionDiscoverer}} should use a unique
client.id instead, such as "PartitionDiscoverer-RANDOM_LONG"
