In comparison you can look at https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/orgapacheflink-1370/org/apache/flink/ with the full list of artifacts for the first rc and https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/orgapacheflink-1374/org/apache/flink/ with only a subset for the second one.
