Currently, in blink table runtime filesystem connector, PartitionCommitTrigger
class has two subclass, respectively are *ProcTimeCommitTigger*,
*PartitionTimeCommitTigger* which less a letter r, I think this is a minimal
bug in class name, we should correct they as *ProcTimeCommitTrigger,*
*PartitionTimeCommitTrigger.***
