With
[FLIP-134|https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/FLINK/FLIP-134%3A+Batch+execution+for+the+DataStream+API]
we aim to expose the config option {{execution.runtime-mode}} to the user, so
that he/she can execute a pipeline in BATCH or STREAMING mode, as described in
the FLIP.
In addition, we will allow the users to set it to AUTOMATIC, in which case one
of the BATCH or STREAMING mode is going to be picked based on the sources of
the pipeline: BATCH if all sources are bounded, STREAMING otherwise.
