Hi, all The mail list archive service Nabble Archive[1] was broken at the end of June, we've replaced it with the Apache archive[2] on August 3rd, but there are two issues from my side.
1. The new archive only contains mails after 2021-08-03, the earlier mails are lost, users cannot search them anymore, it’s very inconvenient. 2. Many Chinese users are used to sending mail/searching mails by archive service, with the broken of nabble archive, they move to other ways like Wechat App, DingTalk App, these ways are not recommended because the communication history is hard to record. And this also decreased the activity of the user-zh mail list from 491 mails (in June) to 211 mails(in July) and 238 mails(in August). I think firstly we need to find a way to add back the history mails to the new Archive service, the history mails are pretty helpful to users. And we should also announce that the new mail list archive service has been migrated to Apache archive[2] and suggest users to use the new archive service. WDYT?
