Dear Apache Flink Community, Today we had another weekly. It looks like we are getting closer to the release.
**Cutting off the feature branch** We decided to push the cut of the feature branch by another week as this makes adding fixes easier and there is no pressure in regards of new features that won’t make it to 1.15. **Cross team feature testing** Please have a look at the list of testing issues and pick one if you got some time. This will help to increase the quality of the release a lot. Here’s the list of all open issues [1] and here are the unassigned ones [2]. In case your feature has not yet a manual testing issue please create one asap. **Critical Issues & Blockers** It looks like we got assignees to all blockers, which is good. Be sure to tag such issues accordingly having the fixVersion set to “1.15.0” and setting the priority to “Critical" or “Blocker”. Be careful to only add 1.15 as a fixVersion for issues that really should go into 1.15. For sure when you already fixed something and it will make it to 1.15 also tag it accordingly, even if it is not critical or blocker. You can gather an overview here [3]. **RC** We aim to create the first RC somewhen next week, please spare some resources to support us to test it. Let’s make this happen.
