Unlike MeterViews, TimerGauges currently do not support timespan settings and
fix the timestamp on the ViewUpdater interval which is hardcoded to 5 seconds.
This means that all metrics that use TimerGauge like backpressure, idle,
busytime etc. always show the last 5 second information.
We should support timespan simiar to meterview with the same 60sec default to
make these metrics more stable and useful.
