we remove the environments in rest api in
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FLINK-30116.
The jobmanager.configuration web page will throw "TypeError: Cannot read
properties of undefined (reading 'length')"
the environment in jobmanager.configuration web page should be delete too.
