We have links in the Flink docs (see FLINK-32096) that refer to
[apache/flink-training|https://github.com/apache/flink-training]. These are
broken after a Flink release. Some steps are necessary to make them work again.
We should make these steps being part of the [Flink Release Creation
docs|https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/FLINK/Creating+a+Flink+Release]
to avoid having broken links.
