According to
https://nightlies.apache.org/flink/flink-docs-master/docs/dev/table/sql/show/#show-jars,
`SHOW JARS` should only list the jars added by `ADD JAR` statement, but
currently it also show the jars for `CREATE TEMPORARY FUNCTION`
