FlinkCDC uses debezium for capturing and parsing incremental data, but during
the snapshot phase, FlinkCDC uses its own designed read implementation, so for
FlinkCDC, the configuration parameters of debezium itself are not always
effective, such as 'debezium.snapshot.query.mode'.
We should add documentation explaining which debezium parameters can be
configured and which are not supported.
