Introduce a specific TPC-DS case for adaptive broadcast join.
In this case, we will set the AdaptiveBroadcastJoinStrategy to RUNTIME_ONLY and
configure the table.optimizer.join.broadcast-threshold to 0, significantly
increasing the likelihood of triggering adaptive broadcast join.
