Hi devs,
Feature development of Flink 2.0 is frozen now.
- From now on, only bug-fixes and documentation changes are allowed to
be merged for Flink 2.0.
- We have already cut the `release-2.0` branch [1], as of the commit
dccb7821 [2] in the `master` branch
- Bug-fixes and documentation changes after commit dccb7821 [2] need
to be double-committed to both `master` and `release-2.0` branches.
- Feature development on `master` branch are not blocked
- We are now creating the RC0 for Flink 2.0, which is only for testing
purpose and will not be voted on
