At the moment the naming of the Kudu SQL table options is not conventional, and
everything starts with the {{kudu}} prefix, which does not apply to what other
connectors do.
The {{kudu}} prefix should be removed, and {{scan}} or {{sink}} prefixes should
be added for source/sink related options.
