We held the 2025/04/10 CHI Eastern time zone workgroup meeting and talked
about :
* 166 open non draft non stale PRs. With 236 open stale PRs! The
close rate due to stales is now much more aggressive now we have adopted the
Apache settings.
* We talked about the need for more committers to review PRs. We
wanted to evidence base this Thomas

together some stats around this and get the story from the Kafka community on
how they solved this issue.
