The DynamicKafkaSource is not avaialble in PyFlink in the kafka connectors.
Notably, the use of the KafkaMetadatService implementation will also require
either:
- Users to bring their own Java object implementing this
- Shims for Pyflink (I'm not too familiar with whether this is easy or
difficult)
In addition, the documentation will need to be updated to include Python usage.
