Kafka 3.9.1 has been
[released|https://dlcdn.apache.org/kafka/3.9.1/RELEASE_NOTES.html] and comes
with numerous bug and CVE fixes. We should upgrade the kafka client used in the
Flink Connector Kafka to use this new client version.
