Currently, the dropdown to add a metric for an operator, under the metrics
section, has a fixed width. This makes it so that the user can't read the
metric names easily and they all look the same. There's a tooltip if you hover
shortly but that's also not optimal. See:

We need someone to implement a proper fix here which would be for example to
use the space available inside the parent component instead of having a fixed
width so users can easily read metrics names.
