In the current dependency version 1.2.10_flink-1.19, there is a bug
https://github.com/StarRocks/starrocks-connector-for-apache-flink/pull/456 that
causes checkpoint hangs. Therefore, we need to wait for the new version of
starrocks-connector-for-apache-flink to be released and upgrade to this version
to avoid the hanging issue.
