Currently, YAML transform built-in functions could not handle DECIMAL and DATE,
TIME types properly. For example, DECIMAL could not be used for arithmetic
calculations, and DATE, TIME types could not be formatted with `DATE_FORMAT`.
Providing them as built-in functions instead of UDF would be clearer.
