Thanks a lot for creating this RC! I noticed 5 Java files are missing the required Apache license header:
1. SplitsFinishedEventContext.java (main source file) 2. StreamConsumerRegistrarTest.java 3. KinesisShardSplitReaderBaseTest.java 4. FakeKinesisFanOutBehaviorsFactory.java 5. KinesisStreamsSourceITCase.java I suspect the rat plugin is not configured correctly? As per my read of https://www.apache.org/legal/src-headers.html, the license headers are a hard requirement for our releases.
