We will start having regular release sync meetings for Flink 2.3 right
after the Spring Festival.

The meetings will be on Tuesday afternoons/evenings in the US / Wednesday
mornings in China, with the first meeting at 4pm PST (UTC-8) on February
24, which is 8am CST (UTC+8) on February 25. As usual, we'll use Google
Meet [1].
