1. RC1[2] was created. 2. All of the cross-team testing work[3] was done. 3. Release note PR[4] was done. 4. Li Hao will follow up Docker CI failure[5]. 5. David Anderson will prepare flink 2.3.0 release PR[6] for flink-web repo and diagnose the root cause for [7]. Following the completion of these tasks, we intend to call a vote on the target Release Candidate.
