Problem
The new type must survive DDL, catalog, and compiled-plan paths.
Goal
Round-trip GEOGRAPHY through parser, string serialization, and logical type
JSON.
Solution / Scope
Extend logical type parser, serializable string handling, JSON serialization,
and compiled-plan support.
Acceptance Criteria
Parser, string, JSON, and compiled-plan tests pass for GEOGRAPHY and GEOGRAPHY
NOT NULL.
