When I read the PyFlink documentation, I found that the configuration parameter
python.fn-execution.arrow.batch.size in [Convert PyFlink Table to Pandas
DataFrame|https://nightlies.apache.org/flink/flink-docs-stable/api/python/user_guide/table/pandas_conversion.html#convert-pyflink-table-to-pandas-dataframe]
failed to jump. And anchor navigation is unsupported in [PyFlink
Configuration|https://nightlies.apache.org/flink/flink-docs-stable/api/python/user_guide/configuration.html].
Not supporting navigation to configuration parameters referenced in
documentation is inconvenient, so anchor navigation for configuration
parameters may be supported.
