Hi Flink community, I reported FLINK-40143 and submitted PR #28736 to fix the incorrect restart strategy displayed in the Dashboard for jobs configured through restart-strategy.* options.

The PR targets release-1.20 because master is already unaffected after FLINK-36249. Regression tests were added and the Azure CI build has passed. The Jira issue is still unassigned and the PR has not received a review. Could a committer please review the scope and proposed approach, and assign the issue to me if appropriate?
