The apache/flink-connector-gcp-pubsub repository has no PR template. As part of
FLINK-40749, add .github/PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE.md on main with concise prompts
for purpose, change summary, verification, connector impact, and documentation,
plus the current Flink AI-disclosure section.
