put_yarn_logs_to_artifacts in tools/ci/controller_utils.sh maps each container
file to its artifact path with grep -Eo "container_[0-9_]+/(.*).[a-z]{3}",
which turns jobmanager.log.1 into jobmanager.log. When a container log has been
rolled, only the file that is copied last ends up in the artifact. This hid the
cause of FLINK-40109 in every uploaded run.
