Hi everyone,
While working across several Flink repositories, I noticed long gaps
in development activity or outstanding upgrade work in some of them.
Before preparing further changes or requesting reviews, I'd like to
clarify their maintenance plans.

The repositories I have in mind are:
- flink-jira-bot
- flink-connector-rabbitmq
- flink-connector-gcp-pubsub
- flink-connector-prometheus
- flink-training
- flink-playgrounds
- flink-ml

Some related questions have already been raised: whether
flink-training should be maintained or its documentation links changed
[1], whether RabbitMQ remains supported [2], and finding a reviewer
for the Pub/Sub source migration [3]. The inactivity of flink-ml also
came up in the discussion about reducing CI usage [4].
I found these discussions, but may have missed later decisions or
plans. A long gap between commits does not necessarily mean a
repository is unused or should be retired.

Could maintainers or others familiar with these repositories help clarify:
1. Are there existing plans or decisions to retire or archive any of them?
2. For those we intend to maintain, are there people available to
review contributions, and any upgrade or release plans?

Pointers to existing discussions or decisions would be very helpful.
