Hello devs, I'd like to kick off a release for flink-connector-pulsar v5.0.0.
Since v4.2.0, main has moved to Flink 2.x as its baseline [1], hence the major version bump to v5.0.0. The v4.2 branch stays as the Flink 1.20 maintenance line. Proposed scope: * Support for Flink 2.0 and 2.1 * Pulsar client 4.0.x If there are no objections or blockers, I'll start preparing the first RC.
