{{DorisMetadataApplier}} builds the column type string from the CDC column type
but never checks {{DataType#isNullable()}}, so every column of an auto-created
Doris table is nullable even when the source column is NOT NULL.
Suggested fix: append {{NOT NULL}} to the Doris type when the column type is
not nullable.
