Kubernetes enables {{enableServiceLinks}} in the pod spec by default, which
injects environment variables for every Service in the same namespace into each
pod. With many Flink clusters in one namespace, this slows down the startup of
JobManager and TaskManager pods. Propose adding a config option
{{kubernetes.pod.service-links.enabled}} to control it.
