The v4.1 and v3.4 branches still use Testcontainers 1.20.1, which talks to
Docker with API version 1.32. GitHub moved {{ubuntu-latest}} to Ubuntu 26.04,
which ships Docker 29.4.2, and Docker 29 no longer accepts that API version.
Every container test on these branches now fails before a container starts.
The weekly run of 2026-10-25 is red on all three release cells, while main
(Testcontainers 2.0.5) passed on JDK 11, 17 and 21:

The weekly of 2026-10-18 still ran on Ubuntu 24.04 with Docker 28.0.4 and
passed on all cells. main moved to Testcontainers 1.21.4 in 02c7c530, which
applies cleanly to both branches. FLINK-41071 did the same for the Cassandra
connector.
