InfiniteTestSource, CancelFailingInfiniteTestSource,
SnapshotFailingInfiniteTestSource and
IntegerStreamSource. The failure hooks map onto a TestSourceReader's
snapshotState and
notifyCheckpointComplete. testStopSavepointWithBoundedInput is the only test
that
stop-with-savepoint without drain does not call endInput; it moves to a V2
source. The unused
suspendAll, cancelAllAndAwait and resetForTest helpers can go.
