BatchExecutionFileSinkITCase and FileSinkSpeculativeITCase move to
DataGeneratorSource,
StreamingExecutionFileSinkITCase to FailingCheckpointedSource for the failover
case, which also
covers its Streaming/BatchCompactingFileSinkITCase subclasses.
FileSinkCompactionSwitchITCase and
FileSinkMigrationITCase need a checkpointed-position source and follow
separately. Adds the
flink-test-utils-connector test dependency (datagen is already there through
flink-runtime).
