The command-driven source is used through TestJobBuilders by
StopWithSavepointITCase,
PartiallyFinishedSourcesITCase, BoundedSourceITCase and StateHandleReuseITCase
and directly by
IncrementalStateReuseAfterFailureITCase. Its events carry the attempt number,
which
SourceReaderContext does not expose, and the lifecycle validators will see a
SourceOperator
instead of a SourceStreamTask.
