TestProtobufTableSource hands out
SourceFunctionProvider.of(TestProtobufSourceFunction); replace
it with a SourceProvider over an AbstractTestSource that deserializes the
static test inputs.
Adds the flink-test-utils-connector test dependency to flink-protobuf.
