The v2.0 branch uses Testcontainers 1.18.3, which fails against Docker 29
(client version 1.32 is too old, minimum supported API version is 1.40), so the
container tests fail on the weekly run since 2026-10-25. Upgrade it to 1.21.4,
as already done on main.
