The Flink docs don't help users find integrations that live outside
apache/flink: Flink CDC, the Kubernetes Operator and Flink Agents are never
mentioned, and integrations maintained by other Apache projects such as
Iceberg, Paimon, Hudi and Fluss aren't either. This adds a "Maintained by Other
Projects" section under Connectors with a short page per project linking to its
own Flink docs and supported versions, replaces the stale Apache Bahir section,
points to Flink CDC from the connector overviews and CDC format pages, and
links the sub-project docs from the menu. It also sorts the connector menus by
title and moves the outdated fault tolerance guarantees table into short
sections in both connector overviews.
