Add {{dropMaterializedTable(path)}} and {{{}dropMaterializedTable(path,
ignoreIfNotExists){}}}, equivalent to {{{}DROP MATERIALIZED TABLE [IF
EXISTS]{}}}, which cancel the refresh job before removing the catalog entry.
Proposed Changes
* Add {{{}TableEnvironment#dropMaterializedTable(String, boolean){}}},
executing {{DropMaterializedTableOperation}} and returning whether a table was
dropped
* Add {{{}dropMaterializedTable(String){}}}, defaulting to {{ignoreIfNotExists
= true}} like {{dropTable(String)}}
