I have filed infra ticket to enable svnpubsub for publication as mentioned
in my prev email.

So yes, if HTML files are drop to the site directory it will trigger push
to publish the content to ASF incubator web server.
The option is either to put the ms files in ye svn or in Git repo and use
some kind of script to copy the generated HTML into svn.
