This is a good start Stephen and I have few comments/suggestions: 1. Some part need to follow ASF incubating guidelines like Thank you and reference back to ASF [1] 2. The committers section need to be modifed to reflect different roles in ASF [2]. You can see other ASF projects like http://tez.incubator.apache.org/team-list.html or http://incubator.apache.org/drill/team.html for example. Prefer to call it team page because PPMC (Podling Project Management Committee) are originally consist of mentors and initial committers that will work together to govern the project.
